Dressing conveyor (Cattle)

This cannier receives the carcass at the transfer station (after blood sampling) and moves it on rails to perform pre-skinning, skinning with the device, beheading, visceral removal, splitting and carcass inspection. The operation of the device is such that the carcass moves (power & free) through the above workstations step by step. The carcass is transferred to this conveyor by a pneumatic system and first the waste components (breast) are removed and then the pre-skinning operation continues. It enters the gravity rails and pre-cooler.The special hardened chains with arm and hard plastic wheels with the front arms mounted on the upper arm are the advantages of the water lubrication line without the need for a lubrication system.
